Absolutely. Everyone should vote with their wallets, regardless if it's a minority or a majority vote. I have plenty of games on my Switch right now, and even though the game was on my radar for a while, I decided not to buy it in it's current state, because for me and a minority of the players who were potential buyers, it's simply not a good enough effort.
That doesn't mean that you and others can't enjoy the game, it only means that Monolith probably lost a certain percentage of their potential sales due to their inability to properly polish the game.
