Joe and Elon had a decent discussion about Covid 19 recently. Joe seems more open to what happened, but Elon clearly thinks things weren't handled very well. Elon actually knew about it from the beginning having to deal with the new Tesla Gigafactory construction and production in Shanghai China this year. I agree with Elon's view on the situation.
