Sigh, JPRGfan has a point. :(

All the evidence so far points to 2020 being a complete wasteland for the Switch. They have literally nothing dated passed March 20th, and it's March 4th. This is Wii U 2016 levels of terrible.

The lack of a general Direct since September proves they are more than willing to starve and mistreat their loyal fanbase for no reason, I suspect they'll do the same with games and just blame it on COVID-19.

Curl, they do this pretty much every year. We usually don't know much at all for the late summer, fall and winter line up until either a later winter ND or E3.

And I guarantee you the reason we don't have a big ND right now is because they want all focus on AC.

Absolutely no need to panic.  Remember, they have their combined home and portable software teams working on one console now.  They will have the software. They aren't starving or mistreating anybody.

I just don't remember it even being this dead silent with the Switch before, 2018 and 2019 both had general Directs in January/February and we at least had release dates/months for major titles beyond just 15 days out. It's getting so hard to retain hope when they're behaving exactly as if they have nothing coming this year after a game that launches in 2 weeks.

This feels exactly like how 2011 and 2016 felt, where we just kept waiting for announcements that never came.
