If I didn't have a PS4, I'd be all over the Switch port as a way to play the game. As is, I want the game to look good. When I do get the game, I'll get it on PS4.
The port, from what I have seen, seems to be quite the achievement. I really wonder when Rockstar will release GTA V on Switch. They could just use the 360/PS3 version as a start, and I think it would sell really well. The Witcher 3 has opened up the Switch to more open world games.
