Is this for the Tokyo or Kyoto studio? Neither source says.
The Xenoblade Chronicles X team is located in the Tokyo studio. While they did form a team to work on Breath of the Wild, the Kyoto team is the primary one which works on Zelda titles (including Breath of the Wild); asking for people to work on other Zelda games is unsurprising.
I wouldn’t take this as an indicator that the XCX team is now working on Breath of the Wild 2 instead, because we don’t even know if it’s them that’s hiring. One thing to note is that if their expertise is what is needed, they wouldn’t be hiring new people. To me, this sounds like an expansion of the Kyoto team. Although, I am not sure. I don’t read Japanese so I have no idea which studio or team they mean.
