Ubisoft says they will launch 3 to 4 AAA games in this upcoming Fiscal Year!

If it was anyone other than Ubisoft, no.

But Ubisoft has a lot of manpower, so yes, if they make it a priority as I do believe they will they will aim for early 2020 release.

Hmm, seems still early, but maybe. Would be great news though, this game looks awesome.
