With Nintendo... Remember, they'd have to build a distribution nexwork from scratch if they want to start pushing in anywhere that's not the big 3. It just... Isn't usually worth it. One of the bigger small reigion HQs, Korea, has always been sort of a reason why drain outside of pkmn...
Meanwhile MS and Sony can piggyback off of Sony and windows distribution respectively which exsist in almost every nation already anyway.
