Because this argument reminds me of so many other situations where the majority feel repressed because hollywood wants to make positive change in the world. Too many instances of backlash against progress like 'all lives matter' or whining about 'sjw agendas'. It's not okay to be against diversity for the sole reason of some perceived slight against a majority group. It's not okay to pre-judge something based solely on skin colour (we don't know why they chose to do this yet).
There are such things as right and wrong. It's fine to be put off by the idea that your race could be excluded from a role, but it's dangerous to pull in all these irrelevant points as some sort of justification for one's discomfort. That's why I act morally outraged by this. It's the same sort of hateful, misguided, dangerous rhetoric that helped Trump get elected and helped neo-nazis have a voice again. This is not the exact same, but it's close enough and it's not okay.
