Interesting comparing the NoA and NoE lists from August.  Lots of similarities (e.g., Hollow Knight, then Dead Cells, then Overcooked) but some notable differences. 

Fortnite's #1 in NoA two months in a row and doesn't crack NoE top 15?  Does the NoE list not include free-to-play games?  Because otherwise that wouldn't make any sense to me.

And where NoA loves Zelda, NoE loves Mario Kart.

Your assumption is correct, NoE doesn't list f2p games in its top sellers list. If you go to the EU eShop you will see that Fortnite is the top Best Seller in Search, the actual Best Sellers tab doesn't show show f2p titles.
