The 3DS is still selling, so the Switch only needs to reach about 85m.

They can't just make 200+ new 'amazing looking Pokémon'. At that rate, we would have thousands of Pokémon in a few decades. Also, they've already turned almost every notable animal in one or several Pokémon, so they would run out of ideas very fast if they'd do this.
And the 'actual Pokémon roaming around' thing sounds like an awful idea. It would take away all the exitement.
