Seriously, this won't affect you at all. Piracy doesn't hurt the industry. Most people who do it would have never bought the games anyway, a lot of pirates can't even afford them. No one gets hurt, just chill and enjoy all the goodness of emulators and free apps that is about to come. Custom Firmwares are a good thing for the consumer. Don't worry about Nintendo, they're fine.
