Maybe I'm too cynical, but the part where all the heroes turned to dust didn't get any reaction from me since it's obvious they will all return at the next movie as they're not really dead. Not even when Spider-Man dissipated, which is the moment that got a lot of people. The one scene that got me was when Thanos kills Loki at the beginning, and when Tony was stabbed because I genuinely thought he was going to die.
