In the context of the Switch being able to sell 20 million units in the next fiscal year, it has to do better than 280k/month in the USA. It's an alright number, but it's nowhere near enough to meet Nintendo's rather high goal.
Also it seems so long ago that I remember reading that the PS4 wasn't going to win any NPD at all this year, yet I remember again it was just last month after a marginal Switch victory.
