To say that the WiiU was supported for 5 years is a bit of a stretch.. it wasnt even manufactured for that long AFAIK. Good to hear that the Switch was a worthy investment for me, but I doubt that we are looking at a 10 year lifecycle. Except the GB series (GB+GBC) and maybe the DS, nothing passed the 8 year mark.
