We're talking about an Italian Plumber who eats mushrooms to double in size and gets powers from a flower that lets him shoot fireballs from his hands so he can travel through a fictional dimension to rescue a princess from a giant turtle with spikes on his shell who breathes fire. It wasn't a problem? What does that mean? Are you talking about the collective mindset of millions of people? Because I was only talking about myself. My mind can not grasp the concept that a middle aged, Italian plumber from New York city sounds like a mentally challenged Mickey Mouse on a bad LSD trip. It never made sense to me. 

At least you realize you are in the minority.
