If you're talking about shipments, then no, 3DS and GBA are ahead.
If you're talking about sales, then you may be right. It is according to VGChartz, since 13.8 million in 44 weeks would most likely make Switch the fastest selling console of all time in that period. We don't have solid data on GBA, but my estimates put it at 13.65 million as of week 44.
