On a ten point review scale, what number should represent an average game?

It's not 90%, it's 100%. When I say average, I don't mean average in terms of games, I mean average in terms of quality. Of course that's highly subjective, but reviewing games in general is a subjective affair.

Obvious it's not 100%, as other games hit 10/10 too. If each category is filled the same, than 10/10 means better than 90%. If you exclude the 10, you have a 9-point-scale instead.
