So basically, if those two things are your cup of tea, I guess it just doesn't get any better than this game. If not, there are numerous other sandbox RPGs that do everything better.

I simply don't see these "numerous" other games have offered the level of freedom and interactivity that Botw does. For example, complex physics barely even factor into most open world games, much less in a way that offers such varied gameplay possibilities. The sheer amount of interactions is mind boggling, yet every one of them connects seamlessly together to form a multifaceted whole.
