You can go too far the other way though; Nintendo keeping their games full price for years after they come out is not a practice I'm a fan of.

uh well the RESELL value stays high as well so its not 100% ninty's fault. most first party DS games stay at the 20~30$ mark for used gmaes, and wii/gamecube games at 50.

I eman, why discount if people buy it anyway.
