See a few people mention that the joy con grip is weird to use while playing on big screen mode, but I wonder am I the only one who uses the joy cons without the grip in this mode? like if I'm playing at my TV I'll just have the individual joycons in each hand like a wii remote each side, really find that a very comfortable way to use the system and I find it very freeing to be able to just have my arms crossed or down by my side while playing games rather than together in my lap.
It's worth a try if ye find the joycon grip really small and restrictive.
@OP congratz mate, great system to have right now and like others said here, the main thing you want is a nice hard case if you are going to be bringing it with you, the Switch is too nice a system to risk traveling with it without a case unless you are really careful of it.
