WW directs, its best to have that time. Especially considering japanese have to watch it at 7am.

Still think 7am is prime time for kids in Japan, watch it before getting off to school.

I remember we use to have ND after work here, like 0am JST / 8am PST / 11am EST / 4pm GMT / 5pm CET.
Japan had to endure those midnight NDs, now it's Europe's turn.
