I'm under the impression that some sites would review each version, lending to a duplicative effect and inflating the overall count. It'd be one thing if somebody already separated out the unique reviews from each site. Has that been done?

I skimmed over it and double dipping is surprisingly low. It's not a standard practice to review for both platforms. My rough estimate would put GTAIV at well over 60, maybe even 70.

That wouldn't really be fair that way as obviously the number of reviewers will be a lot higher. These should be compared per single platform only.
