Regarding number 1, after all the complaining here in VGC, I thought that was an issue that was inherit in all the 3DS family. Was ready to give my nephew an old DSi charger I had with his new Pokemon Moon 2DS, but it already came with a charger.
Is it just the new 3DS which doesn't have the charger?
