I'd like them to go into more depth. Is it just harder to say.. block? Or do you actually lose out on some features?

I don't know enough about the game to know which controls do what, and what you may be missing out on by using only one  Joycon.

I think it'd be like playing Smash with a wiimote. Sure, not impossible, but you're definitely restricted compared to playing with a pro controller or Wiimote and nunchuck (in this case two joycons)
