32GB was okay for the WiiU, should be enough for a portable WiiU.
64GB is starting to be the default storage option for premium smartphones.
Good to hear that the save file and download can be seperated, lost my Splatoon progress due to a corrupt USB.
Just checked the Nintendo account and you can change your location easily there.
Can it be that easy to change eShop? Guess not.
