ps4, unlike mobiles, isn't portable. Your argument is invalid.

Not really since they mentioned gaming devices at the end, not mobile/portable. Team Phone won, doesn't matter if you are home console, or portable console. That is why the category "dedicated" gaming device showed up, because mobile won.
