The cartridges don't prevent having to install the game into the inner memory of the console, like the PS Vita (even more when you must update your game).
About the poll, I already have the portability when I play to my PS4 with my PS Vita (by 4G or Wifi) from work during my lunch time. So if I take a Switch it would be for its exclusivities only.
