Will 3DS titles come to virtual console on Switch and will they support 3D output to tv?

I don't really care about 3D, and I'm sure Nintendo doesn't care either. If the Switch has 3DS emulation (which I hope it will), they won't try to push the 3D element in any way if it can't be done on the tablet itself. And I'd rather have no 3D on it, I've barely used the 3D in any game.
