That's fine.  I have no idea what kind of service Nintendo offers, though I'd wager at least part of it is out-sourced.  It's just that the line about recording it had me thinking that this thread was part of some ongoing debate or disagreement.

If it was, then I would have said as much. But showing is better than telling, and I wanted to show people how a typical service call goes. I almost didn't make the thread, but I figured I might as well since I went through the trouble of recording it in the first place.
