Why "Windows 10" instead of "Xbox" or "Microsoft"?

And why "bad experiences" instead of "bad tech support"?

If you google for "bad experience" you will find examples for every product or company.

Good points.  From my experience the Windows help or self diagnosis tools in Windows to solve driver issues or whatever never work.  Such as if your internet connection stops working there is a self diagnosis tool you can select.  It never fixes shit.  So their self help tools rarely work.  I understand PC environment with shitloads of different devices can lead to compatibility issues.  I have never tried calling them but perhaps once found help in one of their forums.  Usually when you check the forums for a problem it never really gets answered or people say that didn't work for me but this did which in turn usually doesn't work for you.

The problem is in all likelihood with the SD card in my phone. I've passed it between three different phones by now without formatting it, and it gives me other problems too, like not being able to save pictures and playlists or occassionally requiring me to restart the phone to view any media on it. I also use to have it sync with my cloud drives, which caused even more mishaps with OTA updating. I could probably fix all of this by just formatting the damn thing, but I'm too lazy.

And from my experience, Win10 has the best diagnosis tools to date (I like Windows 8's as well). With XP and 7, I wouldn't even waste my time with that crap. With 8 and 10, I can actually fix problems on the spot every once in a while. I'm being honest when I say that as much as I hated Win 8, the diagnostic tools were a big reason (but not the only) why I didn't downgrade back down to 7.
