I watched the entire video and I never felt like he was being mean.

He explains why he didnt think he was a great business leader, and why hes not happy with the approach nintendo is takeing with paywall Super Mario Run.

I dont understand why people here are getting upset.

It is simply saying the statement, he seems bitter still that Nintendo does not do what he wants them to do. It is okay to critise individuals by the way, dead or alive, however statements like that are unnecessary, and you lose points in your argument by saying things like that, namely when the man is accomplished.

It would be like critizing Ken Kutaragi for the ps3, but ignoring all he did for the PS2/PS1. Or Will Wright for Spore when he had Sim. These men are still accomplished.  Somethings are better left not said, namely when you are trying to critique a company's current policies.
