If it's an account with that person's full name, then I think that person has definitely the legal right to request the removal of that data. (see Google)
But if it's a name you invented, I don't think so. There's no way to make a connection between the user account here and the real existing person, therefore there's no reason for the site owner to remove any data. If there was a way, the user can either delete his data from his own account/posts or has to remove that connection elsewhere.
