Well I`d argue that Zelda is much more of an RPG than Yakuza yet people always seem to disagree with Zelda being an RPG so...

Newer Zelda would be harder to argue, but the old ones it is arguable (Before 3D Jump). However Yakuza, is totally a RPG.
