Yes. You have been right with your analysis of new Nintendo strategy from the beginning.

The hybrid NX is a genious design, if their thinking is such, that the TV functionality is a (relatively cheap) bonus.

I forgot again, is the Tegra 1 as powerful as a Wii U?

If it is I think it's perfectly enough graphical quality for Nintendo games for now.

Also, their presence on mobile could attract smartphone guys to migrate to the NX, if the NX becomes talked about in mainstream media and if it's able to conquer some mindshare.

Tegra X1 should be a decent amount better than a Wii U but they'd have to make a few modifications to it. Also it depends how hard they restrain the chip in mobile mode (if they do so at all). That's also obviously a limiting factor.

I'm guessing probably like double the Wii U in performance ... which is dissapointing for a home console, but again I don't think Nintendo really cares much about that. It would be great for a portable.

Cool! Always when I go to an electronics store and see a Wii U (pretending to be a parent looking for a toy for his kids), I love those graphics. I can't even imagine to have them on a small mobile screen. It will look very professional.

But even on the big screen TV, the Wii U graphics are great for the type of games Nintendo makes, the colorful games. They still look so crisp and clear and amazing.

But I just don't understand the battery time. My small mobile phone (Samsung S4 Mini), I can only browse the f***ng internet for like 2 hours and the batteries are over!! And it's a small phone.

So how can you run Wii U graphics more than a half an hour??
