I am not sure. I haven't gotten OoT on the VC yet.
The Wind Waker bonus disc is the OoT/Master Quest disc is the one Tabsina is talking about.
OoT/Master Quest and the Collector's Edition both run OoT in 480i (640 x 480) and using the right cables for the GCN editions [OoT/MQ and CE] you can play them in 480p.
