Yup, let's just hope Tanabe doesn't lose interest in Metroid, without him, God knows when Sakamoto will be producing another Metroid game, it's incredible that a person so close to the creation of Metroid doesn't focus 100% on the games for that series, especially given how successful it has proven to be 

If Tanabe loses interest in Metroid, then all we have left is 2D Metroid pretty much.
