Ah, we've found a common ground on which we can agree upon! That's basically what I'm trying to say anyway, I think that the biggest factor that makes me feel like this shouldn't really be a Resident Evil game is the camera perspective, it just seems like a much bigger change than needed, I'm sure they could have gone the survival horror route while maintaining third person and not having to go first person, because now the game, as I've said before, comes across as a kind of Amnesia/Outlast clone or something... 

Don't get me wrong, I still don't like what I've seen or played of the game so far, but I wouldn't call it the worst Resident Evil game ever made for the simple fact that I personally wouldn't actually call it a Resident Evil game... if they named it anything else, or even made it a spin off rather than a mainline game, I'd be okay with that.

I have a feeling that Capcom wanted a break from the Resi 5/6 style of games. Hopefully this game will turn out well!
