PC gaming makes up a small market of AAA games.
Having the xbox games / experience on a pc platform is not going to hurt the console brand and at the same time its not going to bring them any real extra revenue because of the W10 stuff.
If MS wanted to increase their revenue from the PC market they should have invested in some token top down / card game that would do well in korea or something like that.
I have no idea what their goal is, but I don't think they are expecting to make much money from it.
