Wait what? The war was basically over, in europe it already had ended, the Japanese were retreating. That sounds like a lot of rationalizing bullshit.
Sure, the japanese did cruel crimes of war. But saying the atomic bombs were needed to end the war quicker and with lesser deads is an outright lie.
