I'm now 3/4 of the way through Season 1, and I have to say this is the first anime I've really gotten into in a long, long time, going back to when the first run of DBZ was poulating Toonami weekday afternoons and the Sci Fi channel was running anime movies on Saturday nights. I've tried getting into other popular series in recent years like One Piece and Attack On Titan but didn't really care for any of them. Seven Deadly Sins for some reason takes me back to the late 90s / early 00s during the good ol' days of anime on TV. |
