Actually yes, but not Sony Gaming, Sony Music. All four music arms are the biggest offenders of the copy right strike. This whole thing is a bit different than "Using your IP vs Fair Use". This is more "Making your own IP into something broud vs Legality vs Fair Use"

So stop thinking that Sony is a saint, because no large company hasn't abused this system well within their rights to abuse. 

Also this is very comporable with Sony's Trademark of Letsplay or Sony Music Liscensing (which exists).
