Will Smith will not attend the Oscars in row over lack of diversity

The bigger issue is I think a general lack of diversity in who Hollywood casts. The Fast & Furious movies and even the new Star Wars shows people are willing to accept more diverse casts, you don't need to cast every lead character as a white person.
