I was unfortunate enough to have it bundled with my genesis. I do NOT care for Altered Beast at all. 

When I got another used genesis (because my old was long since broken). Altered Beast came with it. Half the label was torn off and someone had carved into its plastic "Remember to hate this game".

But I liked it so I carved "No I like it" under the original carvings.
