Everyone is made a mod and everyone gets 20 points. There is a button to take away a point and a button to add a point. The people who eiher took a point away or added a point are displayed for all to see below the comment they voted on. Once those points are gone, you're banned for a month. If you've been banned three times you're banned permanently. Every month a poll is put up and certain permantly banned members are given the opportunity to be reinstated.

It would be completely impractical but a very exciting forum!

edit: Actually, I wish I had the power to start a forum because this wouldn't be a bad idea at all. It would probably end up being the most respectful and friendly forum on the internet.

 

But this would be unfair to Chazore.
