| pokoko said: Heavy Object ep. 2 was more interesting than the first episode but it still let me down a lot. There was a part where it looked like we were headed toward an interesting and realistic perspective on war, where the protagonist was going to have to face the fact that the people on the other side are human beings who are often fighting for their own sense of what is right.
Don't worry about it, they're evil, you can kill them without staining your sense of morality! Yay. What an enormous cop-out. They even talk about how evil they are at just the right moment, which was very obliging. Also, nice job with the civilian suddenly knocking out head-shots like he's playing CoD--and the bad guys not taking cover whatsoever. Still, bad writing aside, there is some potential, as the team appears ready to go after the Death Star. I assume Engineer-san knows where the Thermal Exhaust Port is located. |
