Yeah the only openly scary movies that make me feel slightly uncomfortable would be Signs or Blair Witch Project. Anything else I watch for fun and with that I mean that I either smile or even laugh during the "scary" scenes.
What gets me though are the mystery kind of movies or TV series. I guess they aren't even supposed to be scary but these are the only ones that would get me goose bumps. For example I'm more scared in every episode of Ancient Aliens than in any of the horror movies. Even though I don't really believe what it's about, but even then, aliens that have superior technology so you can't notice them if they don't want to be seen or them disguising as humans kinda makes sense and thus isn't as far-fetched as vampires, ghosts, crazy savages and so on.
