As a moralist, I agree with the pope, but as a Christian I disagree with the his support of Kim Davis. Because she had a right to object, but not to prevent others from their beliefs.
Specifically, her prevention of others filling out the marraige license for her personal beliefs. That is essentially tyranny in a nutshell.
