What Nintendo side character do you think deserves it's own IP ?

Kid Icarus should have more games, Uprising was great, there's no reason why he should be treated like a C-tier character.

There's enough Mario games, no thanks to Daisy/Waluigi/etc. games. 

Do RPG characters like Fawful go into that category, too?
