That's because some sites insist on trying to appeal to the weeb senses in people as much as possible, although it's worth noting that Crunchy Roll still lists the English name as well.

Yeah, I saw that. The titles for anime can be annoyingly complicated.  So far the anime is interesting. The characters' age in the description was a little off putting to be honest until I watched a little bit of it.
