Has anyone ever stopped to think Iwata leaving would be terrible for Nintendo?

I wouldn't worry there are a lot of seniors at Nintendo still (Miyamoto, Tezuka, Takeda, ect.) that follows and respect the same beliefs that Iwata had and they are as stubborn as Iwata with the conservative side of the company.
